In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. After registration you may customize your profile with additional information (Medical History, Lab Results, Credit Card details). This information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties unless with your direct consent. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
